ESSAR, one of the most important steel makers in India has chosen FAGOR as the supplier for a heavy cut to length line for one its facility in United Emirates. The new line will process steel of 750 MPa of strength in thickness from 2 to 16 mm. Width can reach 2 meters. Entry coils have a weight of 30 Tons their outer diameter can reach 2000 mm.  The processing speed is 20 m/min. The length of the blanks can be 12 meters. These bundles can be huge of even 30 Tons each one.
 
The leveller has two interchangeable cartridges
