TKAS, the company belonging to ThyssenKrupp  and Angang, in China, has awarded FAGOR with an order to supply, manufacture and supply a trapezoid’s Cut to length line  specialized in processing high strength steel.
The maximum width of the entry coils will be 2000 mm and the maximum thickness will be 3 mm. The coils can weigh 30 ton. The line is arranged with the conventional model with loop and swinging shear. It has an advanced electromagnetic stacker to get a perfect stacking without damaging the surface or the edges of the blanks.
The processing speed will be 80 m/min and the traps can have an angle up to 30º
