FlexCell

FAGOR ARRASATE’s FlexCell transfer solution increases the range of parts that can be produced in lines of this type (transfer).

Basically, it is made of 2 transfer presses that are able to run as a unique working cell (synchronised presses) or as two independent presses.

Simply select the operating mode in the HMI and the line will be ready to work in synchronisation, or as two different presses in a completely automatic mode. This feature allows flexibility for production managers while saving investment and maintenance costs and space.

A FlexCell is able to produce standard “G2” parts and even “G1” ones in synchronised mode.
