Manufacturing lines for dishwasher parts

At FAGOR ARRASATE we offer two options for manufacturing the internal door of the dishwasher:

1. Dies:
   • Starting from a part design, Fagor Arrasate designs and manufactures the die set to produce the internal door of the dishwasher as per specifications.
   • FAGOR ARRASATE offers its customers simulation tools that enable them to review and optimise the design of the part for its correct subsequent industrialisation.
   • The methods available in the plant allow the testing and adjustment of any type of die.
   • In addition to the dies, we also design and supply clamps and auxiliary bars for transfer systems.

2. Turnkey solution:
   • In addition to transfer die sets, at FAGOR ARRASATE we offer turnkey solutions for producing internal dishwasher doors. Depending on the desired productivity, we offer mechanical servo presses or hydraulic presses.
   • Starting from the design of the customer’s part or assisting customers with it, we design the dies, press and additional elements that best fit the part and the customer’s needs, thus offering a complete solution.
   • The die and transfer system simulation tools available at FAGOR ARRASATE make it possible to know in advance the real capabilities of the installation.
