At FAGOR ARRASATE, we design, manufacture, assemble and install automatic and flexible manufacturing lines or systems on site:

CABINET LINES

Depending on the customer’s needs and preferences, the profiles can be shaped by roll forming, partial roll forming + 90º bending or interpolated bending
Very flexible lines, with model change in cycle time and with the possibility of producing a wide range of products on the same line.
Possibility to integrate automatic assembly processes of the cabinet components: Back panel, Deck, Front rail, Mullion, Liner, Reinforcements, Automatic loading and wrapping of skin condenser, etc.

DOOR LINES

We are highly specialised in this product, with lots of experience and a wide range of solutions: automatic lines, flexible cells and stamping solutions with presses + dies.
Vast experience in the production of all types of doors that are currently on the market: fitted, clinched, welded, etc.
The high aesthetic requirements of this product are guaranteed for all types of materials (stainless steel, pre-painted, VCM, black steel).
Different solutions are offered that allow doors to be produced one by one, 2 doors of the same format and sets of up to 4 doors starting from 4 different formats with model changes in cycle.
Among the different line options, there are solutions for automatic stacking, automatic component assembly, sealant application, dimensional part control.

SIDE PANEL LINES

Depending on the needs and preferences of the customer, the possibility of forming profiles using roll forming, partial roll forming + 90º bending or interpolated bending is offered.

TOP PANEL LINES

By combining interpolated and servo-driven folding machines, the solution that best suits the specific needs of the project can be offered.
The high aesthetic requirements of this product are guaranteed for all types of materials (stainless steel, pre-painted, VCM, Black Steel).
Automatic tool changes on folding machines allow roofs of different widths and depths to be manufactured by quickly changing models.
Among the different line options, there are solutions for automatic stacking, automatic component assembly, sealant application, dimensional part control.

SIDE PANEL AND TOP PANEL LINES

Depending on the customer’s needs, it is possible to produce side panels and roofs in a single line, making sets of 2 side panels and 1 roof with automatic changes within the cycle time.
